Fees for services are as agreed at the time of engagement or as published on our website at the time of subscription. Clients are responsible for all applicable administrative charges and government fees. Bank transfer charges must be borne by the payer.
We accept online payments in AED via Visa and MasterCard. We do not provide services to individuals or entities in sanctioned countries. Users under 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the website.
Clients are responsible for retaining copies of transaction records and maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Processing timelines for services commence upon receipt of full payment. Any additional or ancillary services will be quoted in advance and require written consent.
Packages and Government Fees
For clients subscribing to AB Nexis service packages, government fees exceeding the package value must be paid separately by the client. Package pricing displayed on the website is indicative; actual fees will be provided at the time of signing the agreement.
Mail and parcels received on behalf of clients will be held for 60 calendar days. Handling fees of AED 100 per item apply, and uncollected parcels will be discarded after 21 days. PO Boxes listed on trade licenses cannot be used for personal or company mail; items sent will be destroyed.
Failure to pay renewal fees for company registration or support services by the license expiry date will result in suspension of services, including connected telephone numbers. Reconnection of services will incur a fee of AED 500, with additional daily penalties of AED 100 until renewal or closure is completed. Clients are also responsible for any government-related late fees.
Third-Party Services
Some services are delivered by third-party operators. AB Nexis will facilitate payment on behalf of clients, but the contractual relationship is directly between the client and the third-party provider. Clients are bound by the third-party terms, and AB Nexis bears no liability for these arrangements.
Refunds
Payments for services and packages are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise. This applies even if the payment does not cover the full service amount or if the application is rejected by the relevant licensing or government authority.
Pricing and Transactions
All purchases, disputes, or claims related to services or transactions via the AB Nexis website are governed by UAE law. The currency and amount displayed at checkout are final and will match the transaction receipt and card charge in the same currency.
Non-Payment and Cancellation Policy
In the event that any post-dated cheques or security deposits for services or products subscribed to with AB Nexis LLC are not cleared within 30 days of their due date, AB Nexis reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding funds. This may include cancellation of the company trade license, associated visas, and imposing necessary restrictions through the free zone, licensing authority, or UAE immigration.
AB Nexis may also assume control of the client’s company incorporated through our services and may close the company and cancel related visas if payments remain overdue for over 30 days. Clients will remain liable for all outstanding fees, including charges associated with the cancellation of trade licenses and visas.
Late payments are subject to a 12% monthly penalty or part thereof. Returned cheques will incur a charge of AED 200. Any annual services or packages will automatically renew for an additional 12 months, and pending installments must be fully settled at the time of cancellation.
Upon cancellation of a trade license, clients are responsible for paying the applicable AB Nexis and government fees for company closure or visa cancellation. Sponsorship fees will accrue until the license is officially cancelled. Any property left at AB Nexis facilities may be transferred, disposed of, or sold to recover outstanding balances, with AB Nexis holding no obligation to disclose the actions taken.
Clients are required to maintain AB Nexis as their authorised agent for the lifetime of the company. License renewals or any company-related transactions cannot be conducted independently or through other agents without AB Nexis’s consent. AB Nexis reserves the right to pursue legal action locally or internationally to recover funds and may appoint third-party collection agencies to recover debts in any jurisdiction. Payment confirmations will be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
AB Nexis operates a strict no-refund policy for services provided both online and offline. Refunds are only applicable to security deposits for business centers, which will be refunded upon cancellation or the maturity of the booking.
Similarly, all services are subject to a no-cancellation policy, though exceptions may be considered during the service process depending on the nature of the service provided.
Promotions Terms and Conditions
Promotions displayed on the AB Nexis website are valid only for the specified period and for the designated licensing authority. Promotions cannot be combined with other license authorities or extended without prior approval from AB Nexis.
